Sunday Tour of Homes

You Can View 6 Homes In One Afternoon!

Our Tour of Homes is a great way to get an overview of what homes and features are available in your price range and a quick and easy way to preview several homes in a couple of hours without any pressure or hassle.

Here's how it works:

Each Sunday, we conduct one or two tours of six homes each. The tours run between 1:00 and 3:15 pm, and you can meet us at any home on either tour. Feel free to drive by the homes before their scheduled tour times, but once the tour starts, don't be late for the one(s) you want to preview as there will be lots of other buyers on the tour, and show times are exact.

Our Sunday Tour is Very Different from a Traditional Open House

Traditional open houses are sometimes uncomfortable for both buyers and sellers because you've often got a hovering agent watching your every move. Most importantly, they're NOT very effective at selling homes. According to industry statistics, a very small percentage of homes are sold as a result of a traditional open house, and that’s why we conduct a much more effective Tour of Homes instead.

Most buyers can determine very quickly whether or not they're interested in a home they've looked at, and our well-organized and efficient Tour of Homes is a much more convenient and productive way of showing homes for both buyers and sellers.

Feel free to drive by the homes on the tour before their scheduled times, but then make sure to come by and see the inside of each home you are interested in during the scheduled tour time. Once you've found a home you're interested in, we can easily schedule a second private showing for you (often later in the same day).

See you this Sunday!
