“HOME” Ward Bound
Celebrate ‘Your’ Independence… TOO!
TEAM Tony - RE/MAX Aspire
July 4th, 1776 is a momentous day in history for all FREE Country’s across the Globe – AND so is the day we buy our own home!!! Owning Real Estate, especially your own home, is a sure fire celebration of Independence.
In today’s market, many homeowners really want to make a move but are finding themselves in a catch 22 – whether to sell first or buy first. They don’t want to end up getting stuck owning two homes or none at all. I am sure you will join me in saying we can’t blame them. I also believe that you agree with me on this; home ownership is good for ALL.
The more who can buy a home, the more who can sell a home, the more our economy benefits. And as John F. Kennedy said, “a rising tide lifts all boats.”
AND Remember… YOUR Referrals Save Lives.
My heart breaks for many young people and families who will not be able to enjoy this fun time of the year.
As you know, we are still on a mission to raise awareness about Drunk Driving and we are donating a significant portion of our real estate income to NicksClicks. NicksClicks is an organization dedicated to eliminating drunk driving in our area. The organization is dedicated to the memory of Nick Esposito, who was killed by a drunk driver in Southampton, Pennsylvania on December 27, 2015. Every dollar we invest goes to promotions and live events that are helping young people in Bucks County make the choice not to drive drunk. We are committed to donating a portion of our income from home sales to this very worthy cause.
So, YOUR REFERRALS really do HELP SAVE LIVES ON OUR ROADWAYS…
Anyone you know considering buying or selling a home please refer them to my real estate sales team. Not only will they benefit from our award-winning service, but NicksClicks will benefit as well.
